Last Friday I did a course in French Chololaterie. It was pure fun and I really enjoyed it. I made delicious truffles flavored with portwine and fantastic Les Roches, roasted almonds with salt in dark chocolate. The surprise when you eat the little praline and they are sweet and salty at the same time is amazing. Others made chocolate with lavender or chili, petit fours and much more. It was great and after tasting so much chocolate I had enough for at least - ONE day!!!!!
