Trans-Tableaus is one of my main series. This body of work is still growing and will always be one of my favourite subjects.
The inspiration in creating this series lies in my love for the impressionist painters like Caillebotte, Manet, Seurat, Renoir, Pissarro and Monet. I was and still am fascinated by their paintings and especially how they depicted urban life shown in varied sized groupings of people.
Whenever I am outside with my camera, in nature, in cities or other public spaces I suddenly see so many beautiful settings or formations perfectly fitting in this series. It is so magical to me like being transformed into a different era and I am so focused on seeing "Trans-Tableaus" everywhere and I can't stop making photographs.
